We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice. Charges appear on your statement under a discreet billing descriptor that does not reference the nature of the content; the descriptor shown at checkout is the one that will appear.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not: circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, watermarks, or paywalls; scrape, mirror, or bulk-download content except as expressly permitted; resell or redistribute content outside the rights granted in your license; interfere with the security or operation of the Service; or use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

Adult content & conduct

The Shy Housewife presents intimate adult content that is AI-crafted from the likeness of a single consenting adult. All content is shared consensually and is intended for adults only. You agree to keep this material away from minors and to access it only in private, lawful settings.

No redistribution of intimate media. Your membership is for your own personal, private enjoyment only. You may not copy, screen-record, screenshot for sharing, repost, sell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise distribute any image, video, or other content from the Service, in whole or in part, by any means. Non-consensual sharing of intimate media is taken extremely seriously and may be unlawful.

5. Intellectual property

All images, film, and other content available through the Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remains the property of The Shy Housewife or the creator. Your membership grants a limited license to use content as described in our Content Use Policy; it does not transfer ownership. The The Shy Housewife name, logo, and design system are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end, though provisions that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiet Porch Digital Media LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
